Liquid Eyeliner

I've always been biased towards black liquid eyeliner... its that one product for my brown skin that I can't do without.  My current favorite is:

Urban Decay Liquid Liner in Perversion

Why I love it: 

-very black
-goes over eyeshadow perfectly
-the brush is really pointy and stiff which makes winging out so fast and easy
-doesn't irritate my eyes at all 

my only issue with it:
-liquid has a thinner consistency which means you have to go over the line maybe twice
